Economic Relief :: Artisanal Cheese of New York

Stock prices are falling, gas prices are rising, the economy is collapsing and thus Artisanal Premium Cheeses of New York has decided to … lower shipping prices. Yes, lower.

The cheese shop (www.artisanalcheese.com), affiliated with my favorite midtown restaurant of the same name (about which I’ve written before) has decided to give customers a break. Wall Street, two miles south of the 32nd Street restaurant and shop, may be imploding, but shop owners believe that doesn’t mean any of us should stop enjoying the best cheeses the world has to offer.

New shipping prices, some more than a 50 percent reduction, go into effect immediately.
