At the Suite Edna B&B, a 1908 farmhouse southeast of the town of San Luis Obispo on the Central California coast, you can get your hands in the dirt during a two-hour Edna Valley Experience while you delve into the grape-growing and winemaking processes.
Offered on periodic Saturdays for $75 each for up to eight people, it includes a tractor ride, tying up vines, thinning grape clusters, even a Q&A with the owner of MacGregor Vineyards. Upcoming events: June 3, July 8, August 26, September 2 and 23.
