Though 22-year-old hotel heiress Nicky Hilton will soon launch her own Nicky O Hotel in Miami later this year and another in Chicago after that, she’s a fashionista without equal. She plans to design the interiors herself, offer a $5K/night penthouse suite by Roberto Cavalli, and feature entertainment news tickers in the elevators.

She’s also said to have about 300 purses in her closets with an affinity for Fendi, according to a People Magazine.
