Starting in November, the Hotel Roger Williams in New York will offer wine and cheese tastings.
Max McCalman, a cheese expert who hopes to “spread the curd” about artisanal cheeses, will organize and attend some of the tastings. Each wine and cheese tasting will cost $25 per person and will be held the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
