B.R.Cohn: My Ace in the Pocket for Easter Dinner.

Any wine connoisseur in the Bay Area knows about B.R. Cohn’s award winning wines, partic their ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon. And local gourmands are huge fans of their artisanal extra-virgin olive oils, (love their 100% mission unfiltered oil) particularly when it’s mixed with a B.R. Cohn wine-inspired vinegar resulting in an outstanding vinaigrette. Their traditional aged Balsamic vinegars-from 12- 25 years- imported from Modena aren’t too shabby either.

But did you know that founder Bruce Cohn (who manages the Doobie Brothers in his “spare time”) has used that same standard of excellence when developing their line of gourmet food products.
Some recent products include three Tapenades; Kalamata Olive, Black Olive and a Green Olive. three gourmet Mustards, three Rubs; one for Seafood, Herb and a Steak-n-Rib. .

B.R. Cohn is my Go-To choice for Easter dinner this year. I can’t decide if I’ll brush the ham with their Hot & Sweet Mustard or their zesty Balsamic & Shallot flavor. But I do know I’ll be using one of their lusciously rich dessert sauces, (Chocolate Cabernet Wine Sauce, Chocolate Rasp Cabernet Fudge or Chardonnay Caramel Sauce,) to jazz up the Costco-cake I bought for dessert. Oh, lighten up…I’m just kidding about the Costco cake…kinda.
