Now that Charles Chocolates has had time to catch their breath after hip-hopping all over delivering their chocolate Easter baskets, they have turned their incredible, edible talents towards Passover.

Chuck Siegal, the extraordinary chocolatier, feels that if you have to eat matzah, let it be chocolate covered, and let it be made with the finest bittersweet chocolate. Wow- just goes to show that you actually can “make a silk purse from a sow’s ear.”

Chuck says his Chocolate Covered Matzah began 20 years ago when one of his vendor’s daughter asked him to help her make some for a school project.What began as a homework assignment has turned into one of their most popular seasonal treats.
