Makin’ Bacon With Chocolate :: Exotic Mo’s Bacon Candy Bar

My favorite artisan chocolate maker in the whole wide world, Vosges Haut-Chocolate, has just created something that you have to taste to believe how delish it can be… Crisp, buttery, compulsively irresistible Applewood Smoked bacon mixed with a sprinkling of Alder Salt and Deep Milk Chocolate.

The owner and founder, Katrina, started playing with this pairing when she was just six while eating chocolate chip pancakes drenched in Aunt Jemima Maple Syrup. Beside them were three strips of fried bacon, just barely touching a sweet pool of syrup. Because just a bite of the bacon was too salty and yearned for the sweet kiss of chocolate and syrup, she combined them for a taste of magic.

Sound tempting? Believe me, it is! In fact, it’s something like a deep fried Snickers Bar. Granted, it doesn’t sound as good as it tastes either, so don’t judge this delicacy before you’ve tried it.
