GroupTripAdvisor offers a wealth of info and categories, from Activities & Services to Adventure Travel, to Family, Golf and Reunions, to Spas, Sports, Women’s Trips, and more.

One specifically intriguing story is called “Wine and Spa Lovers Unite” — about how these “two heavenly pleasures… are now joined in a marriage of grape bliss.” I’ve read of bathing in beer or milk, but vinotherapy is a new twist to me.
