Ever imagined of a curry that will cost you around $3200 or £2,000? Samundari Khazana is the most expensive curry of the world. India is the place of origin for this curry. In this time of recession, people are craving to grab this unique curry.

Samundari Khazana or to get the exact meaning of the dish is seafood treasure. It is a platter that comprise of seafood such as a whole Scottish lobster with a coating of four shelled and hollowed quails’ eggs filled with even more caviar, four abalone, gold, sea snails, half tomato filled with Beluga caviar and even edible gold leaf, white truffle, Devon crab etc. It is served at London’s high end eatery Bombay Brasserie to celebrate the DVD release of Slumdog Millionaire. The executive chef Prahlad Hegde came out with this innovative dish after getting the basic idea from his mother. You have to be really lucky to get a chance to taste it!
