Do You Seek A Luxury Green Eco-Boutique? :: Hotel Terra, Jackson Hole, WY

Luxury amenities in a green building were once opposites. Now, they’re attracting notice and creating a new market niche.

One example is the Terra Resort Group’s new LEED certified resort: Hotel Terra. This Jackson Hole eco-boutique will be the first of at least a dozen planned resorts by TRG over the next decade. With a spa, fitness center, rooftop hot tub, a couple of restaurants and a ski gear rental shop, it will be primarily a winter resort. So green will mix very well with white powdery snow. But, with these amenities, it can also appeal to those wanting to stay upscale in the off season.

I agree that more and more hotels and resorts these days (especially new ones) are shifting their focus on eco-friendliness, whereas before they would do everything they could to offer the ultimate in luxury.
