Described as “French Laundry South” and recently voted as one of the top 50 restaurants in the world, Manresa is the kind of place that leaves one speechless. The understated elegance of the restaurant gives almost no hint to the sublime and unexpected pleasures that await you.
Chef David Kinch’s cooking is simultaneously intelligent, and playful; always remaining faithful to his terroir, with a focus on produce that is both organic and sustainably farmed. Though David Kinch might pay homage to the great culinary traditions of Europe, the cuisine at Manresa is all his own.
