Everyone, who’s anyone with a heart, will want to buy a Summertini 2007 Ticket for Friday, June 22, 6 – 8 PM. Tickets are $80 and show their support of the Episcopal Church’s hands-on educational CHEFS Program (Conquering Homelessness through Employment in Food Service) which provides vocational training for homeless and formerly homeless adults for employment in food service.

Launched in 1998, CHEFS is a 12-month program that includes classroom instruction, hands-on kitchen training in institutional settings as well as job counseling and placement. More than 80% of CHEFS graduates have gone on to obtain employment with restaurants, hotels, cafes, and congregate meal programs.
