I so believe in a Higher Power since I just read that Beluga Caviar IS BAAAAACK!
Granted it will be in very limited quantity and probably extremely expensive, since even before last year’s ban, Beluga Sturgeon Caviar was selling for about $9,000.00 per kilogramme. The new Beluga quotas are measly: 300 kilogrammes for Azerbaijan; 1.76 tonnes for Kazakhstan; 1.0 tonne for Iran; 700 kilogrammes for the Russian Federation, and zero for Turkmenistan. So scoring this culinary black gold is not going to be easy.
