Eight of the greatest names from the tennis world will bring a combined 50 Grand Slam titles to The Colony Beach and Tennis Resort November 30-December 1, 2007. The exclusive tennis event is a fundraiser for The Wellness Community of Southwest Florida.
The Elite Eight roster of Grand Slam Champions scheduled to appear includes: Fred Stolle (18 Grand Slams), Owen Davidson (12 Grand Slams), Stan Smith (7 Grand Slams), Robbie Seguso (6 Grand Slams), Guillermo Vilas (former No. 1 in the World and winner of the French, Australian and US Open) and Johan Kriek (dual winner of the Australian Open and current Wimbledon Over 45’s Doubles Champion). Two additional Champions will be named in the coming weeks.
Only 24 exclusive spots are available for guests who will pay $1,750 to bask in the sun and share the limelight on the courts playing with the celebrity golfers. The weekend will kick off on Friday evening with a cocktail party exclusively for the Grand Slam Champions, player-guests, partners and sponsors. Saturday morning and afternoon will be filled with spirited play between participants. The weekend wraps up Saturday evening with a dinner dance for attendees, celebrity players and sponsors. Non-players and supporters may purchase tickets for Saturday evening’s off-court festivities.

I heard about this to late, I wish I could have gone and seen Fred Stolle, definately a legend.
