The Habana Outpost is literally a truck that serves great Latin food with Cuban and Mexican influences in Brooklyn. This unique place surrounds itself with a neighborhood of stuff like free outdoor movies shown on their patio, artists selling stuff, musicians playing music. Stuff like that.
It’s eco-friendly as you can blend your own margarita by pedaling a bike. It does good stuff for the Earth as patrons eat local and organic produce at recycled lumber tables in the garden. Power is generated by wind and solar panels. Even the kitchen scraps are composted by the green-minded staff.
