Who wants to slave over a hot stove in the summer? No way. This sounds like a fun, fun, fun get together. Chic and colorful. The sushi doesn’t require much in terms of adornment, it is so artful just displayed on a simple background like a wooden board on a bamboo placemat. Stack small square plates (not plastic please!), tall champagne flutes, chopsticks. You’re in business. No cooking…perfect for a summer…finish off with melon sorbet with a splash of champagne (or you can cheat with sparkinling wine for this one)…voila!
