How cool to find such kind words about our restaurant! Indeed Medford (as a central hub for all of Southern Oregon) has a grand future — it is an echo of Napa Valley of 30 years back. The wines we see developing nearby show great promise (Ones to watch: Cowhorn Vineyards, Carpenter Hill, Donovan, Madrone Mountain); the agriculture is well established and wondrous fruits and vegetable abound; and the cultural options are many!
Thank you for your review, do stop back in and check out how we have grown (well, as fast as we can in our short 3 months here!).
