Here is good news from the Culinary Institute of America. An online course with an introduction to three varietals: Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. Best part? It’s free. I found the registration pretty easy, you fill in your information and then you can start the course right away. You can even stop and restart at any time so you don’t have to do it all in one go.
