Bottom’s Up With Kiwi Wine: New Zealand

I’ve spent some time in New Zealand and loved everything about this country.

Though it’s about the size of Oregon and has only 4 million people, the foods — especially the lamb — are fantastic. The views are incredible. The people are friendly. Plus, the country now has over 500 wineries — about the combined total of Sonoma and Napa — and their vintners are growing better varietals each year beyond their signature Sauvignon Blanc.

Here’s a great article called “New Zealand, A to Z: 26 things you need to know about uber-cool Kiwi wine country.”.
