Bio: Owner of EntreDuMer Wine Consultants, wine cellar design & construction; owner of EntreDuMer Wines, a wine broker in Pa.; Secretary of the American Sommelier Assoc, Central Pa. Chapter; made my first bottle of wine at age 13 and my last at age 21; worked for the Pa. Liq. Control Board as a Wine Specialist for 15 yrs, worked at Tavern on the Hill, Enola Pa as a Sommelier and wine buyer for 5 yrs.
