Wine Story: Spirit of Cape Campbell Wines
The Cape Campbell Wines featuring the taste of innovation and intensity is meant for simply any occasion and you can enjoy sipping on to your glass of Cape Campbell Wines any time.
Grape is the prime ingredient used in the making of this wine. Clay soil type is preferred because it produces natural low vine quality and there is a special fruity flavor with aroma. The breezy environment during the spring and summer seasons helps to avoid frost formation.
The types of Cape Campbell Wines are Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. Riesling offers a unique citrus aroma of grape and mandarin blended with honeysuckle blossom. The Pinot Gris features the flavor and aroma of fresh pear with apricot including a subdued note of bread crust note, with a tinge of spice and almond.
Pinot Noir offers the enriched taste of succulent red berries and ripened plum mingle with an additional mild note of spices. Sauvignon Blanc has a typical aroma of their Blind River herbs like wild nettle, thyme and parsley including a tinge of lemon grass. Lastly Chardonnay features the aroma of white peach and nectarine.
