Palm Jumeirah, one of the largest island in the world made by man, is supposed to feature the largest penthouse in Dubai. A 62 storey tall Trump International Hotel & Tower is supposed to be built at Palm Jumeirah worth $790 million. Even the pre-sales of some of the Palm Jumeirah based properties brought $3000.
The building being 270 meter tall features two towers merging together after reaching the 40th floor. This will also feature 378 guestrooms, numerous suites, 385 condominiums, and 12 townhouses. There will also be 45,000 sq ft retail space and 60,000 sq ft office space. These will be coupled with a private beach coupled with a super-marina. Officially the sales of the units started on June 23 and the construction is supposed to be over by May 2011.
This construction project is the result of a united effort of Al Habtoor / Murray & Roberts. The Tower is framed to act as the centerpiece placed between the 560 hectare Palm Jumeirah. The residents at this tower will enjoy great Arabian Gulf views and the icing on the cake are the twin penthouses on the top lavishly designed by architect Kelly Hoppen. Other than these two pricey penthouses there will be 399 residential apartments with a world of luxury facilities.
