Nicky Hilton Being Sued: Nicky O’s, Chicago

Even though she’s launching a chain of boutique hotels and her family has generations of experience, Nicky Hilton is being sued by a Chicago development group for breach of contract, according to a breaking story on E!online.com.

It says, “Robert Falor Investments and Grand USA Hotel Supply & Restaurant filed a federal lawsuit against Hilton Monday, claiming that she reneged on an April 2006 agreement to use her celebrity status to boost the profile of Nicky O’s Chicago, a Nicky Hilton Hotel.”

The Chicago project was slated to take over the Blake Hotel in the landmark Morton’s Salt Building and become a Nicky O boutique. Some think this suit could be the demise of the proposed chain of Nicky O boutiques throughout the U.S. Read the story.
