That’s the promise of British Airways’ newly upgraded Club World cabins, now being offered on nearly 100 Boeing 747 flights weekly across the pond, from London’s Heathrow to New York’s JFK, with all the amenities of a luxury five-star hotel.
What’s in the cabins? Plenty. How about opaque privacy screens, quilts, linen and pillow fabrics in the traditional high-end British style? These beds can actually lay fully flat. Better yet, they can be adjusted to a “Z” position that is favored in zero gravity to offer the body a better position for watching in-flight movies, news, sports, and such on in-flight 10″ screens.
