The Hotel Monaco Denver is my first visit to a Kimpton Hotel, part of the one-of-a-kind San Francisco-based chain of terrific boutique hotels that channels the distinctive energy, personality and pulse of each individual hotel.
The colors are bright and cheerful. The staff is energetic and knowledgeable. And it’s a true treat to stay here. The rooms are huge with 15-foot ceilings, great amenities like wide screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, entertainment centers, plush robes, and mini-bars. Kimpton also spoils its guests with in-room spa and yoga treatments, as well as an unparalleled level of personal service.

From here, we walked 5 blocks to Latimore Square, filled with hip restaurants and bars. Tomorrow night, we’ll walk about 8 blocks to Coors Field to attend a Rockies game, and
other fine restaurants.
