Each November, the Marriott Marquis Hotel at New York’s Times Square hosts the 8th Annual Chocolate Show. Last year, it included a Fashion Show where 22 pastry chefs and chocolatiers created unique, delicious and wearable fashions for models in a benefit bash.
Some of the taste-tempting treats included Chocolate Passion Ravioli with Ricotta Souffle Fritter, chocolate-infused hors d’oeuvres and chocolate-laded cocktails. Giada De Laurentiis, a Food Network celebrity chef, hosted a TV program called “Behind The Bash” about it.
