Fall Into The 5th Annual Harvest Festival :: Ferry Building Marketplace, San Francisco

Get ready for a long weekend of culinary and autumnal merriment with organic food, wine and beer tasting, wool spinning, butter churning, cooking demos, book signings, and other gerunds featuring farmers, food artisans, vintners, musicians, and beekeepers.

It’s the Fifth Annual Ferry Building Marketplace Harvest Festival, October 26-28, along San Francisco’s Embarcadero.

Fri., Oct. 26, 4-8 pm: CCOF Organic Wine & Beer Tasting, Music, Autumnal Appetizers. Tasting tickets can be bought at the door. Prices are $25 for 5 tastes, including a souvenir glass. (Proceeds benefit California Certified Organic Farmers.)

Sat., Oct. 27, 10 am – pm: Apple pressing, wool spinning, music, cooking demos, butter churning, harvest produce and fare.

Sun., Oct. 28, 10 am – 2 pm: Olive oil tastings, live music, honey tasting, book signings, barnyard by the bay petting zoo, face painting.
