Hey food lovers, there is some good news for you. The news is that Cochon 555 is opening its doors in New York.
The highlight of the culinary event is that it will be featuring 5 pigs, 5 winemakers, and 5 chefs. Now all this for a very good cause and the competition is of course, a friendly one. So who are chefs? You would definitely like to know that.
The chefs include well known food masters such as Mark Ladner of Del Posto, Bobby Hellen of Resto, Corwin Kave of Fatty Crab, Michael Clampffer of Mosefund Farms, and Juan Jose Cuevas of EightyOne. They will prepare a 70 pound pig completely from head to toe. There will be a panel of experts to judge their skills. Sounds exciting?
