The rules of engagement for carry on luggage changed a few weeks ago in London. Today’s SF Chronicle ran a story about two passengers — one on British Airways; the other on United.
As the article states, “These two experiences reflect the uncertainty that has characterized the way baggage is handled as airlines, airports and travelers sort out the implications of what British authorities said was a thwarted plot to blow up U.S.-bound jetliners wiht liquid explosives.”
