Does Corktease qualify as cool?

joe“What is cool?” wonders Bill Daley in his April 7th article at Herald, “like Justice Potter Stewart’s definition of pornography: You know it when you see it.” It made me wonder. Are we keeping Corktease “cool”?

According to one of the definitions, cool needs to have a complete absence of pretense. Entirely straightforward. That is our aim: to keep corktease cool, for the unpretentious beginner. It is all about enjoying wine, learning about it and having a great time in the process. So please help us keep Corktease cool…and let us know if we stray!
