Invitation: Bay Area Winery Steps It Up, Woodside, CA
If you live anywhere from San Jose to San Francisco, you may or may not know about a hidden gem up in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Easily accessible from 101 or 280, Thomas Fogarty Winery boasts an amazing view of the peninsula. If you do know about us, then you are aware we also feature highly-regarded, extremely tasty wines, many of which you can only find in our tasting room.
In the past few years, Winemaker Michael Martella has upped the committment to quality with a focus on smaller productions, quite a few being vineyard designated. Whether it is Pinot Noir displaying unexpected fullness and mountain spice, Cabernet Sauvignon with the complexity of bright, black fruit and sage, or elegant Chardonnays with minerality, crisp apples, and hints of buttery richness… we invite you to come give these limited releases a sample.
On November 19, while club members enjoy our Wine Fest, the public is welcome to purchase tickets to the signature club tasting debut: a sit-down seminar with two flights… vineyard-designated Chardonnays and single-vineyard reds… along with winemaker discussion. imited seating for 1:30 and 3:00 sessions ($30 per person) RSVP 650-851-6777 or e-mail [email protected].
