While we love stylish travel, everybody loves a bargain. So check out what Arthur Frommer, long-time spokesman for frugal travel, has done lately.     I had seen an article in Artur Frommer’s frugal traveler with a detailed itinery of a trip to the state Parks between Las Vegas and Denver. It gave places to stay etc,
