Not much as far as I’m concerned….but leave it to Carlo Cavallo, the extremely popular Chef/Owner of
SONOMA MERITÂGE MARTINI/ OYSTER BAR & GRILLE,to add his own exciting spin to this winning combo, by using only local products. (A great option when you’re palate is just a little wined-out.)

He has created an exceptional pairing of three different infused caviars, a new concept from San Francisco-based Tsar Nicoulai, pioneers of sustainable California caviar, and three different flavored vodkas from St. Helena distiller, Charbay. These vodkas are made once a year from 100% fresh ingredients— not essences, perfumes or so-called “natural flavors” made in flavor factories.
