On Thursday, March 27, Wine Enthusiast is hosting its second annual “Toast of the Town” event sponsored by the Wall Street Journal. While listening to the sounds of local jazz group Loosewig, taste premium wines and spirits from over 70 domestic and international producers and savor the culinary creations from over 30 top Bay Area restaurants, all in the glamorous setting of the San Francisco War Memorial Opera House. ( That’s 100+ of the best food and wines the city has to offer, covering the gamut from Ana Mandara to Z. Cioccolato,so you’d better hurry and buy your tickets!)Also part of this event is a Silent Auction, with donations from the participating wineries and restaurants, to benefit the San Francisco Food Bank.
