Maybe it was the 500+ miles of driving to get here. Maybe it was the mile-high altitude. Or maybe it was just the fantastic cuisine, prefectly prepared that made us love Tamayo Restaurant in Denver’s LoDo district.
I started with a kick-ass Mango Margarita. Whew! It was cool and packed a punch. We shared an excellent guacamole with fresh chips, my daughter enjoyed the chicken quesadilla, my wife wolfed down her filet minon soft tacos and I cleaned the plate on my Atlantic Salmon salad.
If you’re in the Denver area, I highly recommend Tamayo.
