“I certainly don’t like to see women in thongs,” says famed British fashion model and actress Elizabeth Hurley. Obsessed with glamourous summer clothes, she’s launching her Elizabeth Hurley Beach collection –– a mix of bathing suits and apre-beach looks.
The suits will include bikini and tankini tops with matching bottoms, sold separately to accommodate women whose Ts and Bs are not the same size. Styles include sarongs, tunics, caftans and stretch pants that are reminiscent of renowed beaches, such as St. Bart’s and St. Tropez.
With a factory in Italy, a beader in India, and Saks Fifth Avenue New York as its exclusive US retailer, Ms. Hurley is hoping for instant fashion success. So while you don’t have to be a high priced fashion model to look good on the beach this summer, you do have to wear sunscreen!
