Room Service in Hawaii: Vera Wang

Our compatriots at Wandalust recently realized that Vera Wang –– herself –– has moved from wedding dresses to dressing a hotel room. She now has created a very special Vera Wang hotel suite in the upscale Halekulani in Waikiki.

The one-bedroom suite “consists of a 2,135 square foot interior plus a private 642 square foot oceanside lanai. Guests in the suite get a personal Pool Butler, as well as 24-hour private fine dining services (complete with Vera Wang tableware), with meals served en-suite or on the ocean front private lanai. You can also enjoy a selection of Vera’s favourite DVDs on the 50-inch Sony plasma telly.

“Room rates are around £4,000 per night, but it’s ideal for a honeymoon. After all, you only get married once or twice.”
