He has reviewed 325 burritos (not tacos or enchiladas) at 170 San Francisco restaurants. The best get nine mustaches out of a possible 10 and only seven have received that lofty honor. His favorites? Taqueria San Francisco at the corner of 24th and York and Papalote a few blocks away at 24th and Valencia.
