Raising the (chocolate) Bar:: Singapore

chocolate-good-one

Willy Wonka would be right at home at the Chocolate Research Facility, Singapore’s new conceptual chocolate retail store and cafe. Acclaimed local design studio, Asylum, pulled out all the stops when they
designed the boutique, in a bold black and white grid-like layout that resembles a research laboratory.

They invite you to interact with their creative process by offering a mind and palette blowing 100 flavors of chocolate, ranging from a Lychee-Martini flavor to a Green Apple with Dried Pear, all uniquely packaged in beautifully designed paper. One side of the package is printed with a generic looking pharmaceutical look, but flip it over to reveal a fun,colorful design showcasing the chocolate flavor.
