World-renowned Argentinian Rafael Amuchastegui, one of the architects behind the world’s only seven-star resort, Burj Al Arab Suite Hotel in Dubai, and the famous Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas, will be developing a luxury condo resort in early 2008 at Spotters Bay in Grand Cayman’s East End named “The Island Resort and Residences”.

Based on 800 feet of beachfront property, the Island Resort will feature amenities such as four interconnected swimming pools, a pool bar, an outside bar and grill, a tennis facility, an Oriental Spa and
secure underground parking.

Luxury Penthouses will go for upwards of US$2.8 million.
