As you may have heard in today’s news headlines, the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) will require all U.S. citizens and foreign nationals to carry a passport or other accepted secure document to enter or re-enter the U.S. from travel anywhere in the Caribbean, Mexico and Canada effective January 23, 2007.
But there’s a silver lining in this new requirement.
