Make Your Own Wine: Crushpad, San Francisco

For several years, I made my own beer at a storefront in my little suburban town. Every other month, I’d get together with my buddies, AKA the “Brews Brothers,” and create a few batches from scratch. I was in heaven.

Now, you can have the same experience with wine at Crushpad. Here, you can choose grapes from California’s top vineyards, work with industry-acclaimed winemakers, and use their state-of-the-art equipment. You choose how much you want to get involved. They do the rest.

The cost ranges from $13 to $23 a bottle. Bragging rights are free.

I’ve heard of the beer shops that do that, but this is a first for wines. Thanks for the link.

My pleasure for telling you about CrushPad. If you do make some wine there, drop me a line and let me know how the experience was.
    Thanks!
