Digital Content for The Air, Rail or Road: Fuel for Travel

Are you always looking for the next new digital thing to kill time when you take a long flight, train ride or drive? I am. So I was intrigued to see this offering called “Fuel for Travel” through an alliance between Talpa, a Dutch multimedia content provider, Samsung Electronics, and Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.

Launched about a month ago at Departure Lounges 1 and 2, this digital services lets you:
• Listen and view as you browse digital content;
• Pay by credit or debit card;
• Download travel guides, music, audio books, TV programs, and even movies to your MP3 or MP4 players, phones and PDAs (but not iPods!);
• Pay prices similar to online music and video downloads.
