Designer Chocolate: Collección Gaudí, Vosges Haut Chocolat

One of our favorite chocolatiers is VosgesChocolate in Chicago. Now, Katrina, its owner, has found inspiration with her limited Collección Gaudí –– as she pays homage to Antoni Gaudí i Cornet (1852-1926) who lived in Barcelona, Spain and is credited for his Art Nouveau style of architecture.

These curvaceous truffles are reminiscent of the swerving lines of Gaudí’s architecture and are infused with Spanish saffron: one in white chocolate, the other in dark. Rolled in natural sugar crystals, the jeweled bites mirror much of the colorful mosaic tile work in Gaudí’s masterpieces. Buy this Limited Collection now: 9 pieces for $27.
