A Taste of Paris in The Desert :: Eiffel Tower Restaurant, Las Vegas

I recently opened a fortune cookie that read, “You will soon be crossing the desert sands for a fun vacation.” How true. The next day, I was driving to Las Vegas for a friend’s wedding to witness all the glitz, glamour and gastric pleasures it offers.

We had some memorable meals. One of our favorites was at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, 11 stories above The Strip in the a half-scale reproduction of the original that’s the landmark edifice of the Paris Casino Resort Hotel.

It offers French classic cuisine and elegant libations from world renowned and award-winning Chef Joho, who received global recognition at his 5-star, 5-diamond restaurant, Everest, in Chicago. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant also offers a unique mini-menu served at its sumptuous bar in a very classy atmosphere.

The view is to die for, especially when night turns to day with the millions of lights along Las Vegas Boulevard. There’s no better place to watch the sound, light and water fountains at The Bellagio across the street than the bar at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant, especially in the evening.
