A popular national eyewear chain now has a presence in SF on fashionable Union Street, as See Eyewear — Selective Eyewear Elements — showcases its styles made exclusively for them.
Metal-rimmed aviators begin at $229, plastic rectangular frames start at $250, and dozens more are there for the trying. The company’s goal was “to make the purchase of ‘cool’ eyewear a truly fun and economically correct experience” by tapping the best fashion frame houses and creating a new line from Europe’s top creative talents. As an eyeglass wearer, I like their philosophy.
