Stretch Your Mind & Your Spine: The Yoga Show, London

Who says fashionable travel can’t be self-actualizing? Some people are head over heels, wicked crazy about Yoga. If that’s you, the Second Annual Yoga Show is where you should be contemplating your navel, from Friday, September 16 through Sunday, September 18 at the National Hall, Olympia, in London. This year, it features 10 workshop rooms, a few meditation chambers, demos, lectures, 160 info booths, even children’s workshops.

The Web site says: “Now at a bigger venue with: more space, more workshops, more facilities, more choice, and more to see and do. The first yoga show was in high demand, this year sees a number of important developments, we hope you like the changes.”

Unfortunately, the The European Yoga Championship being organized by The World Yoga Foundation/ Bikram’s Yoga College of India, was postponed. It had been scheduled to take place alongside this show.
