The most I’ve ever paid for a pair of jeans was about $50. I usually wear Levi’s that cost about $40.
For women, though, buying jeans is a right of passage and they usually pay much, much more. So all of the fairer sex in the San Francisco Bay Area will be pleased to read that AG Adriano Goldschmeid will be opening an AG Jeans retail shop in May at 26 O’Farrell, near Market Street and a few blocks south of the Union Square shopping mecca.
The 3,000 sq. ft. store will be the first in the area, but the chain plans to open six more during 2007 across America. It already has 13 in the US and South Korea.
