Gay Day & Night: Halloween In SF’s Castro

The wildest, wackiest and most entertaining Halloweens in my life were spent at the corner of Market and Castro Streets in San Francisco’s notorious gay district, AKA The Castro. Tonight, Halloween in the Castro III begins with the Annual March of Light Parade at 7:00 p.m.

As this parade of costumed revelers enters the Castro neighborhood, exciting entertainment stages await the attendees. Featuring NO booze, NO drugs and NO bashing, with plenty of live performers, DJs, costume contests and more, the show starts at 7 p.m. and ends promptly at 12, giving anyone plenty of time to make it back home via BAR, MUNI, or to grab a cab to one of the many afterparties happening around the City. A $5 donation is suggested.
