Art is a big part of travel for me. Whether in a small little hamlet or a big berg, I like to seek out the galleries and museums. AmericanStyle magazine has come out with its annual list of Top 25 Arts Destinations. Here are the top three in three categories:
Top 25 Big Cities ( 500,000 or greater ): New York, Chicago, Washington DC
Top 25 Mid-Sized Cities ( 100,000-499,000 ): Buffalo, Scottsdale, Pittsburgh
Top 25 Small Cities & Towns ( Less than 100,000 ): Santa Fe (NM), Asheville (SC), Sedona (AZ)
I’ve got some travelin’ to do. I’ve been to six out of nine and still need to visit Buffalo, Pittsburgh and Asheville.
